Welcome to the official Pat Sharp Website
Thinking of booking The Funhouse party? Here’s some more info for you. This show is a personal appearance with Pat’s ultimate party DJ set and the original twins (Melanie and Martina) also on stage helping Pat play interactive adult games with selected members of the audience. Always wanted to be a contestant on the show as a kid? This may be your big moment then!
Please note, we do NOT bring the actual FunHouse (as it is in a skip somewhere) nor do we have the fun karts because we lost our licences! However, if you want your event to go with a swing (and some adult entertainment) and make it a night to remember then this is the PA for you. Just fill in the form and we will get right back to you asap.
Spring 2014 and WPR was tasked with coming up with a campaign for Wacky Warehouse that would resonate with its target market and remind parents born in the 80s and 90s that Wacky, part of Fayre & Square, is still here, still going strong and still relevant to children of today.Bring Back Funhouse
Pat’s retro hosting & DJ sets are famous the world over. Here’s an idea of what we mean, from a recent event in Norway……………
I am just writing with regard to Pat Sharp who recently appeared at ‘Jack up the 80’s’ on the Isle of Wight. I was employed as Head of Security and ran the backstage area and its logistics and looked after every artist appearing over that weekend. Having looked after hundreds of celebrities over 28 years in the security industry I just wanted to see if it would be possible to pass onto Pat my sincere thanks for not only standing and signing for over half hour and having photo after photo taken but the way he conducted himself in particular with myself was just such a pleasure.
People are always quick to criticise celebrities that are rude, will not sign etc and I have worked for many of these but Pat never once put himself across as being this way and even when he left he came and found me and thanked me personally for looking after him so I just wanted to say a massive thank you to him and hope you maybe able to pass this message onto him.

Pat presented his first daytime show 33 years ago for BBC Radio 1 at just twenty years of age back in 1982. Following a year on air, plus various ‘Top of the Pops’ TV appearances, he then went on to host mid mornings at 95.8 Capital FM for a decade. Along the way he picked up a gold Sony award whilst also notching up 7 hit singles and raising over £300,000 for charity as part of the infamous Stock Aitken Waterman duo ‘Pat & Mick’. He moved on to take his mid-morning slot to No 1 again, as part of 8 successful years at London’s Heart.
Pat Sharp presents the syndicated radio show ‘All The Hits’ which airs across the UK and around the world. Over the years his radio shows have also been broadcast on BFBS for our troops worldwide, along with in flight programmes aboard Swissair, Sabena, Britannia Airways & Oman Air. Pat hosted the national afternoon show at Smooth Radio.
On TV Pat is fondly remembered for the now cult rated ITV show ‘ FunHouse ‘ which ran for for 12 years and repeats even to this day on Sky / Challenge TV, along with other ITV shows including the Saturday morning spectacular ‘What’s Up Doc?’ ’10 Sharp’ ‘The Gala Opening of Disneyland Paris’ plus Sky One’s ‘UK Top 40’.
Pat was also the pioneer host of Sky Channel’s first pop video shows (Skytrax) shown across Europe in 40 million homes via satellite & cable throughout the 80’s.
He won the DJ edition of ‘The Weakest Link’ raising £13K for charity. His appearance on Channel 4’s ‘The Games’ earned him great respect from viewers and fellow contestants alike. Read more
